The data fields from Microsoft Excel must be in the same order and type as it is on the Accounting Reporting System.

1) Import from Microsoft Excel the 6 fields showed in the RED line using CTRL C keys (COPY)
2) Export into Accounting Reporting System Window-3 using ..................... CTRL V keys (PASTE)
3) After Steps 1 & 2 the 6 fields will be in the Accounting Reporting System. Show in RED line.
4) Click the 'Refresh Calculation' button to summarize the transactions and verify and/or check the totals.
5) Click the 'UPDATE ACTUAL DATA' button to add the data to the Database Project.
How to use COPY and PASTE: CTRL C keys - CTRL V keys - Will COPY and PASTE. Unlimited number of records.
1) Copy from Excel: Click on the first line, first field you want to Start Import
2) Copy from Excel: Hold down the SHIFT key THEN Click on the last line and last field you want to End Import
3) Paste into Accounting Reporting: Click on the first line, first field only and the data will be automatically imported.
