Everything appears difficult at first, but most things turn out to be easy once you begin.
Download the application 3 files from Microsoft OneDrive to the user computer "C:\Download" folder.
It may take about 5-10 minutes to download the 3 files.
Step 1. Delete all files from the directory c:\Downloads - for simplicity reasons.
- File-1: AccessRunTime2007.exe - Free Version
- File-2: AccountingReportsAuditDemonstration.mde
- File-3: AccountingReportsAuditStandard.mde
Step 2. Download the Files.
- Click only once on the file-no "Download Click" and wait about 5to60 seconds until a file message displayed,
- Then click download on the message button 'Download', the message shows 6 choices:
Image message: "1-Share, 2-Copy Link, 3-Delete, "Download Click", 5-Move To, 6-Copy To"
- If you see this message, always click "Keep"
This file is 100% safe and trusted.
To remove this message, create a trusted
location. More information at the end of page
Notes - It is always recommended to keep Windows updated with the latest updates to avoid any software issues.
- After download. At the top of the screen, click 'Close (X)' on 'OneDrive tab (X)' to return the previous window
to download the next file.
- Repeat Step 2 until the 3 files have been downloaded.
Ignore Messages like: "The resource could not be found."
"Hmm... looks like this file doesn't have a preview we can show."
Do not know the meaning of these messages!
Step3.
1. Create the folder C:\FDGDatabase to run the application: Accounting Reports Graphs Audit
2. Copy the 3 Files downloaded to "C:/DOWNLOADS" into C:\FDGDatabase folder on the user desktop computer.

To create a manual desktop shortcut in Windows, right-click an empty area on the desktop,
select New, then Shortcut.
Browse for the file, folder, or application, click Next, name it, and select Finish.

Introduction to Microsoft Access Security Trusted Location.
In Microsoft Office, a trusted location is a folder that contains files you trust to be safe. You should use a trusted
location to store a file when you don’t want that file to be checked by the Trust Centre, or if you don’t want it to open
in Protected View. Especially files with macros, data connections, or ActiveX controls (what we call active content).
If you think the active content in a file is from a reliable source, the best practice is to move the file to a trusted
location.
Any files you store in a trusted location are considered safe by the system and will bypass some of the security
checks. Be certain that you trust the source of any files you put there.
